Wilderness First Responder Hybrid First Aid Course

A Certification Course taught by Longleaf Wilderness Medicine

We must meet a minimum of 12 registrations by Dec 19th for this course to occur.  

Wilderness First Responder is the next step in understanding and developing  one of the most important skill sets to have in the backcountry.

Wilderness First Responder  teaches skills necessary when professional medical help is an indefinite time or distance away.

Environmental aspects of backcountry emergency situations will be covered in detail.

We partner with Longleaf Wilderness Medicine to teach this course over  5 days and 40  additional  hours of self guided learning required to be completed before Feb 10th.    

Dates -Saturday and Sunday, Feb 10 and 11 and Saturday, Sunday and Monday - Feb 17, 18, and 19  8am-5:30PM Pacific Time

Location - Exact details will be provided upon registration.   

Cost - $706 for Spokane Mountaineers members, $756 for non-members  (Price includes Longleaf  online processing fee of $6.00).
