Safety Reminders
- Do not drive through active evacuation zones. Dangerous, and onlookers disrupt emergency operations and evacuating families.
- Do not fly drones in active evacuation zones. Aerial water suppression stops when drones are in the air.
- Intersections without power should be treated as a four-way stop.
Ways to Help — Monetary Donations
- H.O.M.E. Starts Here Fund — City of Spokane fund, temporarily supporting individuals/families affected by the wildfires. (Also at my.spokanecity.org/donate.)
- Innovia Foundation — Spokane Complex Wildfire Response Fund — supports nonprofits, businesses, and orgs helping fire victims; immediate and long-term recovery. Direct donation link.
- Catholic Charities Eastern Washington — emergency fund for individuals and families.
- American Red Cross – Northwest Region — supports evacuation centers and disaster relief.

- The Roast House — 423 E Cleveland Ave. Mon–Fri 7am–4pm, Sat 10am–2pm. Free coffee for evacuees; free drinks for first responders. Community Dinner Mon, Aug 3, 6pm for evacuees/hosts (RSVP via Instagram DM).
- Global Neighborhood Thrift & Plato's Closet — free clothing/vouchers for wildfire victims (Plato's also delivering to the Convention Center evacuation center).
- Diverse Roots (Northtown Mall, 4750 N. Division St.) — Tue–Thu 10am–3pm. Free diapers/wipes.
- Baba Spokane — 1242 W Summit Pkwy, starting 2pm Aug 3 (while supplies last). Free Grab & Go care bags (toiletries, water, snacks, feminine products) for first responders and anyone impacted.
- YMCA of the Inland Northwest — North, South, Valley, Central locations. Mon–Fri 8am–5pm. Showers/respite space; photo ID required.
- Better Health Together — free case assistance (housing, food, health coverage, medical, childcare, employment, mental health, community resources). Call 509-471-0077 or self-referral form.
