Ice Climbing Seminar introduces students to the basics of top roped ice climbing and efficient movement on ice. The outdoor sessions will be held in Hyalite Canyon just outside of Bozeman, Montana. Students and instructors will be responsible for their own lodging. Top-rope ice climbs will be set up on lower-angle pitches of ice for initial instruction and increase in steepness throughout each day.

Application Process
The course is limited to 6 participants.  Participants must be 18 or older.  All participants must be members of the Spokane Mountaineers. Join now if you are not a member already! Selection criteria considered will include, but not be limited to, date application was submitted, climbing experience, and previous participation with the Spokane Mountaineers.
