The Annual Snow Camping and Caving Seminar will take place at a new location this year. Mt. Spokane will be our destination for this one night exploration into sleeping in a tent or snow cave based on your preferred environment. Snowshoes recommended for the trail to our overnight camping location and for an optional summit hike before bed. Instructions on how to construct a snow cave will be provided for all attendees. If you are planning to build a cave, please be sure to bring a change of clothes and/or a waterproof layer. We'll have a group meeting on January 29, 2020 at 6 pm at a location to be determined, please check the online write-up for meeting location. Please reach out to Caitlin or Sara by January 27, 2020 to confirm your participation and regarding any questions or concerns. Snow Park Pass Required. Carpooling available. Parking will take place along the road just past the snowmobile parking lot under the powerlines by the winter trail to the Chalet. We will lunch after the seminar on Sunday at a location selected by the group to close out the activity. **This course is great for beginners or seasoned veterans who want to hone in their skills.**
